Our main training sessions run on Saturday afternoons from 12.30-4.30pm at our headquarters on the Central Lower Promenade, Whitley Bay and from 5.30-7.30pm at Tynemouth Pool.

Travel Directions

Whitley Bay is on the North-East coast of England, approximately 9 miles from Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Launch Multi Map link.

Whitley Bay is easily accessible by road (just off the A19), rail and other public transport. It is on the Tyne and Wear Metro system allowing direct travel from Newcastle, Sunderland and other areas of Tyne and Wear.

Free parking is available behind the Spanish City dome in the Bingo Hall car park, just on the other side of the road from our promenade.
