How to find us

You can find us on Saturday afternoons at our headquarters on the Central Lower Promenade, Whitley Bay and from 5.30-7.30pm at Tynemouth Pool. Check the calendar (right) for training times. We are easily accessible by bus and are a short walk from both Monkseaton and Whitley Bay metro stations.
